We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our Elite Supply team in Gonzales, TX. We’re seeking an organized, self-motivated individual who can manage a variety of administrative, billing, and customer-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and supporting daily branch operations.
Responsibilities
- Billing and receiving duties
- Bill tickets
- Scan and label documents
- Receive Purchase Orders
- Assist customers at Will Call counter
- Provide MTRs (mill test reports) for orders and as requested by customers
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Keep all paperwork neat and organized
- Enter sales orders and buyouts as needed
- Direct incoming visitors
- Assist the Branch Manager with safety program administration and compliance tasks
- Willing to help with office cleaning if needed

Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 25 hours per week

- Clerical experience: 1 year (Preferred)
