We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our Elite Supply team in Gonzales, TX. We’re seeking an organized, self-motivated individual who can manage a variety of administrative, billing, and customer-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and supporting daily branch operations. 

Responsibilities

  • Billing and receiving duties
  • Bill tickets
  • Scan and label documents
  • Receive Purchase Orders
  • Assist customers at Will Call counter
  • Provide MTRs (mill test reports) for orders and as requested by customers
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Keep all paperwork neat and organized
  • Enter sales orders and buyouts as needed
  • Direct incoming visitors
  • Assist the Branch Manager with safety program administration and compliance tasks
  • Willing to help with office cleaning if needed

Job Type: Part-time

 

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Approximately 25 hours per week

 

Experience:

  • Clerical experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

 

Work Location: In person
