Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on a wide range of vehicles
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting on engines, electrical systems, drivability concerns, and mechanical components
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and leadership regarding repair status and recommendations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with OEM standards, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the dealership’s values and reputation
Qualifications
- 3 years of professional automotive repair experience (A or strong B level)
- ASE Certifications highly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Positive attitude and desire to contribute to a team-oriented culture
