Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and market share.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery of solutions that satisfy customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a fast-paced environment.
