Job Description: We're seeking a results-driven Business Analyst - Consultant to support a strategic initiative. The ideal candidate will excel at eliciting requirements, mapping processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setup (4 days in office, 1 day remote). This is a 12-month contract with potential extensions. Must be a South Carolina resident.
5 Key Responsibilities (implied by BA role):
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specs
- Map current and future-state business processes; identify opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and maintain strong communication with both technical and non-technical teams
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and test cases
- Support project delivery lifecycle with rigorous documentation and governance
