Quality Control Inspector/Warehouse Associate

Elite is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control / Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure products meet quality standards while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations — from receiving and inspecting inventory to preparing orders for shipment. What You'll Do

• UNLOAD FLOOR STACKED TIRE CONTAINERS
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects, damage, or discrepancies against quality standards
• Document inspection results and flag issues to the appropriate team
• Receive, sort, and store inventory accurately
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, order picker) as needed
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to lift up to [75] lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Forklift and/or order picker certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Comfortable using basic warehouse tools/technology (scanners, computers, etc.)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Prior warehouse or QC experience a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Quality control: 2 years (Preferred)
• Quality inspection: 2 years (Preferred)
