Elite Upgrades is hiring 1-2 top-producing canvassers in LA County and Northern Orange County. Looking for real producers — not beginners.
ABOUT US:
- CSLB-licensed home improvement contractor (#1138667)
- 17 years combined experience
- Four trades: roofing, exterior paint, replacement windows, driveways
- Family-owned local team — not a national franchise
- $24K average ticket size
WHAT WE PAY:
- $26-30/hr base (negotiable based on track record)
- Weekly Performance Bonuses
- 2% commission per sale closed from your lead
- $500/mo bonus for sustained 2 appts/day
- Top earners $8-10K/mo
WHAT WE NEED:
- Track record: tell us your best month appointment count
- Self-motivated — we send you to good neighborhoods with a clean script
- Tue-Sat schedule, late afternoon weekdays Saturday morning
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
- 30-min phone screen
- 2-day paid audition ($26/hr × ~16 hours)
- 90-day probation with clear targets
- We don't check references — we judge by what you do, not what your last boss says
