Driver Expectations
- Maintain clear and timely communication with dispatch regarding availability and trip status.
- Follow company guidelines for documenting trips and submitting records as required.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies, including the Distracted Driving Policy.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all railroad crew members during transport.
Compensation Breakdown: Pay is calculated based on the type of work being done at any given time. You'll always be compensated fairly, either wait time or mileage, but never both at once. Each job will have a mix of both depending on what applies at the moment.
- Wait time: $0.50 per minute
- Mileage: $0.60 per mile
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 per hour
