Saw Operator

Position Summary:

Elite Trailer Manufacturing is looking for a highly skilled CNC Saw Operator.

Pay range:

Responsibilities:

· Provides detailed and accurate information through the paperwork provided to Production

· Check final parts and tolerances against engineering prints

· Daily maintenance and clean-up of the work cell and machine.

· General understanding of tool life & tool selection.

· Helps with the development of fixturing and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods.

Requirements:

· 2 years of relevant experience preferred but not required

· 2 years of CNC Program editing on Fanuc experience preferred but not required

· 2 years of blueprint reading & measuring equipment experience preferred but not required

· Must be able to stand, stoop, walk, and bend

· Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds

· Average computer skills required

· Creativity, vision, with analytical thinking

· Basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and machine center operation preferred

· A “Hands-on” individual capable of working under minimum supervision with leadership skills

· Punctuality and good attendance required
