Elite Painters & Home Services is looking for an experienced Drywall Finisher & Painter to join our team as an Independent Contractor (1099).
We're looking for someone who can work independently, produce high-quality results, and confidently handle jobs with minimal supervision. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your craftsmanship, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Drywall finishing (taping, floating, skim coating, sanding, texture matching)
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation, patching, caulking, and priming
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Complete work efficiently while meeting quality standards
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in drywall finishing and painting
- Able to work independently and manage assigned projects
- Reliable transportation
- Own tools and equipment
- Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
- Comfortable being paid on a daily rate
Work Availability:
Work volume will depend on your experience, quality of work, reliability, and project availability. Contractors who consistently produce excellent work can expect more opportunities.
