You will serve as the first impression and ongoing touchpoint for distinguished clientele, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service, sophistication and genuine care. This individual curates memorable experiences, anticipates client needs, and upholds Elite's brand standards of in every detail. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience and helping ensure smooth operations in our office and helping our clients and their customers experience their transaction as the celebration it truly is on the day of closing. This position is ideal for someone with strong service communication skills and a desire to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Client Experience Excellence: Welcome and engage clients with warmth, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a sense of exclusivity—setting the tone for a refined and seamless experience.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong client rapport through thoughtful follow-up, attention to detail, and anticipation of needs.
- Operational Support: As a team player you will work with colleagues to ensure every client interaction aligns with operational goals and brand standards.
- Event and Meeting Coordination: Manage and prepare meeting spaces, oversee flow, and assist sales teams and management with high-profile client events.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming mail and packages and distribute them accordingly.
- Assist with general office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, mailing, printing and filing
- Place all incoming orders for contracts.
- Use computerized systems daily.

Qualifications include:

- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
- Able to maintain regular and reliable attendance, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm.
