Employment Law Attorney

Introduction:

Elite Technical is seeking an Attorney with specific knowledge in Employment Law, along with a NJ bar admission (NY bar admission a plus). The selected candidate will support Employment Law related legal matters for our client, a large law firm in the State of New Jersey. This is a fulltime, direct opportunity with our client, and is a hybrid opportunity (4 days per week onsite).

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to employment law.
• Counsel employers on various employment-related issues.
• Represent employers in litigation related to employment law.
• Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to employment law.
• Stay current on changes and developments in employment law.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law issues.
• Participate in negotiations and settlements related to employment law disputes.

Requirements:

Required:

• NJ bar admission.
• 4 years of employment law experience.
• Experience counseling employers on various employment-related issues.
• Experience representing employers in litigation related to employment law.

Preferred:

• NY bar admission.
• Experience drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to employment law.
• Knowledge of current changes and developments in employment law.
• Strong research and analytical skills related to employment law issues.
• Experience in negotiations and settlements related to employment law disputes.

Salary : $145,000 - $165,000
