Sales Consultant β Elite Tech Installs
Elite Tech Installs is currently seeking a professional and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing client interactions, providing accurate pricing for a variety of installation projects, and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be confident on the phone, and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage client relationships using CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear and accurate pricing for a range of installation services, including pergola installations and other custom projects
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare and present quotes in a timely and organized manner
- Collaborate with project managers to coordinate scheduling and ensure efficient project timelines
- Utilize CRM systems to track, manage, and document all client communications and sales activities
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in construction, home improvement, or a related field
- Strong phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales
- Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ( ETI is using PipeDrive as the main CRM and will provide training)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and sales tools
Compensation:
- Salary plus commission structure, offering competitive earning potential based on performance
- Training will be provided on the use of Pipedrive CRM to ensure success in managing sales activities and client communications
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
