Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
· Manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
· Plan, schedule, all work orders
· Monitor job progress and ensure alignment with project plans and deadlines.
· Track crew hours using BOSS and ensure all operational processes are followed.
Safety & Compliance
· Conduct safety tailgate meetings using topics provided by the Regional Operations Manager.
· Ensure all employees follow safety protocols and use proper PPE.
· Promote a culture of safety and accountability across the branch.
Quality Control
· Perform regular site visits to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
· Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
· Train and coach crews to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Client & Sales Communication
· Maintain consistent communication with assigned sales representatives and clients.
· Coordinate scheduling and job updates to ensure client satisfaction.
· Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients, contractors, and partners.
