Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build effective client relationships
- Proven sales, customer relationship management, and business development skills
- Experience in security services, risk assessment, or related fields is a plus
- Proficiency in time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to achieving sales targets
- Previous experience in commission-based sales roles or knowledge of the security industry is advantageous
- Availability to travel as required for client meetings.
Compensation
- Commission-based with 4%–8% on gross revenue
- Residual income: earn commission on every client you bring in for as long as they stay, (Your "Book")
- Bonuses at $100K, $250K, and $500K in new contracts
- Typical Year 1 earnings $35K–$40K, with strong growth in following years
