Stone Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of quartz, granite, quartzite, or marble stone, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Measuring and Cutting: Accurately measure and cut countertops to fit specific installation areas, using precise tools and techniques.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials, ensuring they are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Installation: Install a variety of materials, including granite, quartz, and solid surface materials.
• Seaming and Polishing: Perform seaming and polishing, ensuring a smooth and seamless finish.
• Sink Installation: Install sinks and other fixtures, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
• Chip Repair: Repair chips and other minor damages to countertops.
• Leveling and Securing: Level and secure countertops to cabinets or bases, ensuring proper stability.
• Sealing: Apply sealant to protect the countertop from damage and staining.
• Caulking: Apply caulk to seal seams and edges.

Experience

• Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
