Sales Representative – Stone & Quartz Fabrication (NEW YORK STATE)
We are excited to announce the launch of our new New York division and are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to help establish and grow our presence in this thriving market. As a leading stone and quartz countertop fabricator, we specialize in large-scale condo, multi-family, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Launch and grow the NY state sales territory by developing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, general contractors, and property managers.
- Conduct outside sales visits, presentations, and project site walk-throughs to identify client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
- Collaborate with project management and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track pipeline, activities, and results using CRM software.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in countertops, stone, quartz, or related building materials.
- Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and business development.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
