We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your bilingual skills will facilitate effective communication among diverse team members and enhance collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and fostering a positive work environment.

How you will Perform the Role

Lead, assist, motivate, train, interpret, and evaluate shift employees in daily operations, problem resolution, and promote culture of continuous improvement. Focusing on Spanish interpretation to facilitate effective production training of employees by utilizing a “hand’s on” approach.

Promote and train on consistent and proactive safety.

Help ensure quality specifications are met and procedures are followed.

Cross-functional teamwork with HR and shift supervisors/managers for personnel or labor issues, and staffing.

Work with management team to help attain production and scrap goals.

Help Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, and material issues in conjunction with support personnel.

What we need from you

Bachelor’s degree not required but preferred; Six Sigma Certification preferred.

Bilingual – English/Spanish (Required)

Minimum of 4 years of successful production supervision or equivalent manufacturing experience in production environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the willingness and ability to learn new systems; ability to communicate effectively verbally and writing in Spanish and English.

Team player with ability to help build lasting productive business relationships with hourly employees, management, and peers.

Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs., and ability to regularly stand/move around the facility.

Willingness and ability to learn manufacturing processes, procedures, and machine functions to facilitate effective training to all employees personally in production areas.

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
