Elite Sports Medicine Orthopedics is looking for a compassionate, experienced, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team!
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys working directly with patients and physicians in a fast-paced orthopedic and sports medicine environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical support to physicians and patients throughout the care process
- Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures
- Perform blood draws and lab testing as directed
- Prepare and administer injections within your scope of practice
- Triage patient calls and assess patient needs
- Communicate patient concerns and clinical information to providers
- Provide patient education and post-procedure instructions
- Schedule diagnostic testing, referrals, follow-up appointments, and procedures
- Assist with surgery scheduling and pre-certification
- Coordinate patient care with physical therapy and other members of the care team
- Fit and educate patients on the use of prescribed DME
- Document patient care and communications accurately in the medical record
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment
- Provide an exceptional patient experience from check-in through follow-up

Qualifications:- Current Tennessee RN License – Required
- Previous clinical experience preferred
- Orthopedic, sports medicine, surgical, or outpatient experience is a plus
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Comfortable performing phlebotomy and administering injections
- Experience with EMR systems preferred
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team
