This is more than just a clinical support role—you’ll work side-by-side with Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners, gaining valuable experience while making a real impact on each patient’s recovery journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare patients and exam rooms to ensure an efficient and smooth clinic flow

• Assist providers by gathering patient history and updating electronic medical records

• Support clinical procedures such as suture removal, injection preparation, and brace fitting

• Communicate patient conditions, injuries, and updates clearly with providers

• Coordinate and schedule surgeries and follow-up appointments

• Educate patients on treatment plans, both in person and over the phone

• Accurately document office visits and patient interactions

• Help carry out physician orders to support high-quality patient care

Compensation:
Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education preferred
• Proficiency with email and internet-based applications
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively educate patients
• One of the following licensure/certifications required:
• • Athletic Trainer: BOC certification and State of Tennessee AT license
• • Registered Nurse (RN): Active State of Tennessee RN license
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Active State of Tennessee LPN license
  • Medical Assistant: Certification or registration through an accredited national institution
