What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Controller position at ELITE SPICE INC?
Job Summary:
The Inventory Controller is responsible for the digital tracking and issuance of Elite Spice Inventory, while meeting company and customer requirements.
Essential Duties:
- Complete data entry for material moving into stock, out of stock and transfers between warehouses.
- Issue product accurately while ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Effectively communicate verbally and electronically with various internal departments regarding status of orders/requests.
- Check physical inventory stock against the digital inventory to ensure quantities on hand are accurate.
- Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule.
- Comply with all of Elite Spice’s policies, procedures, general safety, and food safety guidelines.
- Attend all applicable meetings and trainings
- Perform other tasks as directed by your supervisor

- Multi- line phones
Physical Demands:
- Sitting, standing and walking frequently
- Constant repetitive movement of hands
- Lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Twisting, kneeling and bending occasionally
Environment:
- Occasional exposure to dust, spices, heat, and cold
