Our client, a growing architecture and design firm in Springfield, MA is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their collaborative team. This is an opportunity for a licensed architect who enjoys leading projects, mentoring staff, and working in a creative, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary client contact and manage project teams
• Lead projects through all design phases, ensuring quality and schedule adherence
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants
• Mentor junior staff and support a collaborative studio culture
• Partner with leadership to deliver innovative design solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years licensed
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of construction methods, codes, and sustainable design
• Strong communication and leadership skills
