Attorney (Lic. in CA - Insurance Defense and/or Construction Defects EXP-REQ)
We are seeking an Associate Attorney for a remote position that pays up to $150K, DOE, with excellent benefits. An attorney who has experience in construction defects and/or insurance defense, to join the legal team of a successful multi-state firm's San Diego , CA location. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal support and assisting with various legal matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal drafting, research, and civil defense litigation.
Experience
- for Associate Attorney:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the state bar association
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Ability to write clear and concise legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
