Position Summary:
As a caregiver with Elite Sitters & Care Co., you’ll provide warm, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care to children ranging from infants to age 12. Assignments vary and may include occasional babysitting, last-minute backup care, overnight shifts, and group childcare during special events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
- Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment at all times
- Communicate clearly with parents before and after each shift
- Follow specific care instructions (meals, naps, bedtime routines)
- Represent the agency professionally and reliably
- Arrive on time and prepared for each assignment
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- At least 1 year of paid childcare experience
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to get certified before first shift
- Able to pass background and reference checks
- Reliable transportation and phone with internet access
- Willing to work as an independent contractor (1099)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with infants, multiples, or children with special needs
- College coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or Family Studies
- Flexibility for nights, weekends, or overnight care
- Comfortable caring for up to 4 children (depending on age and group setting)
Hiring Process:
