We are a reputable family owned and locally operated vinyl sign and graphics business. We are growing and expanding our services. We are growing! Our business recently relocated from SE Portland to a larger location in Lake Oswego.
We are seeking a part time (20-30 hours per week) Sign Production Assistant to join our team. Ideal candidates would be interested in becoming a full time team member. We are experiencing tremendous growth in our business and in need of a motivated individual who will embrace this position and be part of our sign & graphics family. The best candidates demonstrate excellent work ethic, possess good organizational, project management, and leadership skills, and can work independently (without supervision). Sign experience a plus, but, not necessary. We will train you to set you up for success. Please note: this is NOT A DESIGN POSITION.
Qualifications include the following:
Must be able to take ownership of production assignments: manage projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with sales, design, and fellow production staff.
- Must be experienced in working with tools, such as, table saws, drills, hammers, screw drivers, etc.
- Must be comfortable with heights (i.e. 2 stories high) and the use of ladders
- Must have a clean driving record and have own transportation. Must be comfortable driving the company van.
- Must have the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently as well as working within a team environment
- Some computer knowledge (i.e. Adobe Suite, Flexi Sign, etc.) is preferred
We are not an electric sign company. We focus on large format printing and cut vinyl graphics. Excellent customer service is our specialty.
