Installer/Helper

*NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. IN HOUSE TRAINING*

Primary responsibilities for the Warehouse/Helper position include the following:

· Organizing warehouse

· Loading and unloading product from trucks

· Adding to inventory as product arrives

· Receiving and processing new stock and materials

· Picking and filling orders from stock

· Assisting lead installers to install products to customer’s expectations and satisfactions

· Prioritizing daily tasks to ensure completion

Pay starts at $17 per hour

Primary responsibilities for the Lead Installer position include the following:

· Learning and understanding all products

· Installing and learning comprehensive installation process for window treatments provided by Elite

· Conducting repairs on window treatments

· Manage helpers while on appointments

· Performing safety guidelines provided by Elite

· Filling out proper paperwork for each job

· Communicating with scheduling team, sales team, and management staff

· Visiting client locations for installation

· Driving company vehicle

Pay starts at $17 per hour

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

· Customer Service

· Problem solving

· Detail oriented

· Installation experience preferred but not required

· Using proper judgement and tact

· Being able to work on own initiative

· Taking measurements and understanding mathematical calculations

· Team Player

· Time Management

· Inventory control

· Dependability

· Orderly appearance

· Reliable transportation to and from work

The hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm. The start time is prompt but the ending time can vary on the day and amount of workload. There are occasional weekends where you will need to work a Saturday. You will be given notice if you have to work a Saturday. There is the possibility for overtime pay.
