Elite Shine is a locally owned exterior services company serving La Crosse, Onalaska, Holmen, and surrounding areas. We do window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting, and we do it better than anyone else in the area. What you will do
- Clean interior and exterior windows at residential and commercial properties using professional equipment including a water fed pole system
- Clean and flush gutters, ensuring proper drainage and noting any issues for the customer
- Install and take down holiday lights safely and efficiently
- Represent Elite Shine professionally at every job. You are often the face of the company to the customer
- Care for all company equipment and report any issues or damage promptly
- Work independently on some jobs and alongside teammates on others
What we are looking for
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders. This is a requirement, not a preference
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Able to lift and carry equipment regularly throughout the day
- Takes pride in doing clean, thorough work without being told twice
- Friendly and professional when talking to customers
- Shows up on time, every time
- Experience in window cleaning, exterior services, or a trades related role is a plus but not required
Compensation and schedule
- Base pay: $20 to $25 per hour
- Bonus opportunities based on performance
