Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Technician role based in memphis tn The Automotive Technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements, along with inspection and diagnosis of mechanical and electrical issues. Day-to-day tasks include completing maintenance and repair work on engines, brakes, suspension, and other systems according to manufacturer guidelines and shop standards. The role involves documenting work performed, communicating clearly with service advisors and customers, and following safety procedures and quality controls. The Technician will also help maintain a clean, organized workspace and may assist with parts ordering and inventory as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for a variety of makes and models.
- Hands-on experience with Oil Changes and routine service intervals.
- Proficiency in Automotive Repair, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Suspension systems and related components.
- Relevant automotive certifications or technical training (e.g., vocational program, ASE certifications) preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, work orders, and technical diagrams.
