RV Roof Technician

We're seeking to add a RV Technician to the Elite RV Roof and Collision team!

Technician Job Duties/Demands Include:

Minimum of 1 year technical experience required. Carpentry experience is a plus!

• Remove and tear down existing RV roofing systems, including rubber (EPDM/TPO), fiberglass, aluminum, and related components.
• Inspect roof structures for water intrusion, rot, mold, and structural damage.
• Replace damaged roof decking, framing, insulation, and support materials as needed.
• Prepare roof surfaces for installation by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and removing old sealants and adhesives.
• Install new roofing materials according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Install or reinstall roof accessories including vents, skylights, A/C units, antennas, solar mounts, ladder brackets, and trim.
• Apply sealants, adhesives, and waterproofing products to ensure leak-free installations.
• Perform leak testing and quality inspections before releasing completed units.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and roof-access equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Document completed work, identify additional damage, and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Follow all manufacturer installation procedures, company policies, and quality control standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Trade skills in woodworking, electrical, plumbing, and flooring

Note: Pay will range from 50k-70k yearly contingent on experience and candidate's qualifications
