Start your career in management with our Entry-Level Manager Trainee position. This paid training program is designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience in event marketing, community outreach, fundraising, and team operations.
In this role, you will represent nonprofit organizations at live events, helping raise awareness and generate support for meaningful causes. You will work directly with the public in a face-to-face setting, building relationships, educating potential donors, and developing the skills needed to advance into a leadership position.
What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
- Engage with community members at events to share information about nonprofit causes and initiatives
- Educate potential supporters on current campaigns and encourage donations or ongoing support
- Assist individuals with the sign-up or donation process in a clear and professional manner
- Provide a positive and informative experience while representing the organization
- Contribute to daily and weekly fundraising goals through outreach and engagement
- Learn and assist with event operations, including setup, coordination, and team support
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, donations, and event performance
- Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership development, communication, and campaign knowledge
- Work closely with team leaders to understand performance goals and growth opportunities
