Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Roofing Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial roofing projects, analyzing project requirements, and identifying materials and labor needs. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating project blueprints, collaborating with team members, and ensuring estimates align with client budgets and timelines. The role involves attention to detail and expertise in the field of roofing services.
Qualifications
- Experience with Roofing and Waterproofing techniques
- Skills in Carpentry and Insulation
- Familiarity with Working at Height and adherence to safety guidelines
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail in estimating project costs
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members
- Proficiency in using relevant software or tools for cost estimation is a plus
- Understanding of commercial construction processes is beneficial
