Repair Foreman - Restoration

Elite Restoration is currently looking for a Restoration Repair Foreman for our Twin Falls area location. The Primary Responsibilities of this Role are:

• Possess the skill set to perform work on-site per the Project Manager’s direction for multiple residential, commercial and industrial projects
• Provide technical explanations to clients, consultants and adjusters
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and insurance companies
• Job management with limited to no direction
• Coordinate job starts and schedule appointments with customers and clients
• Point of Contact w/ property owner clients, insurance claims personnel, and consultants, ability to communicate professionally
• Provide constructive feedback and direction to complete tasks on time and within budget
• Develop construction schedules for review with Production Manager
• Manage time, job cost, and budgets – working knowledge of DASH, PO’s and work orders
• Set up and schedule crews to be on jobs, to finish per schedule
• Scheduling sub-contractors, answering questions
• Coordinate work duties with subcontractors and field personnel
• Communicate with homeowner throughout job
• Managing communications on projects between customers and project team members
• Meet with municipal inspectors as required
• Conducting jobsite visits
• Manage, coach, mentor and develop personnel as needed
• Build, develop and grow any business relationships w/ contractors and homeowners
• Maintain quality control over all projects
• Order materials for Job
• Other duties as assigned

You will be successful in this role if your background and capabilities include:

• Previous experience in disaster restoration helpful
• Experience in multiple trades such as drywall installation, trim finish work, Insulation, Painting, and Framing
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
• Previous experience leading a crew and managing jobs
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Valid Driver Licenses
