We’re a small, fast-paced painting company specializing in interior apartment painting and quick turnarounds. We’re looking for a Painting Supervisor who can lead a crew, keep jobs on schedule, and maintain the high-quality standards our clients expect.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily apartment painting projects
- Inspect units for prep, quality, and completion
- Manage a small team of painters and assign daily tasks
- Communicate with property managers and office staff
- Ensure materials, tools, and job sites are organized and clean
- Step in to paint or prep when needed
Requirements:
- 3 years of interior painting experience (apartment or residential preferred)
- Previous leadership or foreman experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Dependable, motivated, and able to manage multiple units per week
