Packer/ Stocker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging products efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all items are prepared for shipment in accordance with company standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Package products for shipping, ensuring all items are secure and meet quality standards
• Utilize inventory management systems and RF scanners to track stock levels
• Load and unload products from delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain accurate inventory control by conducting regular stock checks
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed, including sorting and organizing incoming shipments
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties within the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or during retail sales activities

Requirements

MUST BE BILINGUAL

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, including knowledge of packaging and shipping processes
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
• Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial
• Knowledge of grocery store operations, merchandising, and retail math is an asset
