What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remodeling Consultant position at Elite Remodeling Group?
As a Remodeling Consultant, you meet with our prospective clients and provide a unique shop-at-home remodeling experience. Our team of knowledgeable and trusted professionals are responsible to provide a thorough inspection, analyze the problems, and then recommend the right solution for the client's needs.
At ERG we seek exceptional personalities in our Remodeling Consultants, we will provide you with the training and on-going support you need to be a successful asset to our Company. Some sales experience is helpful but not as important as a winning attitude, with a hunger to learn and succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Run pre-scheduled, qualified, in-home consultations with homeowners
- Inspect, present, and sell windows, siding, and roofing projects
- Utilize custom presentation and estimating software on your company-provided iPad
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions
Sales Consultant Qualifications:
- Good operating vehicle for transportation
- Availability to work weekday evenings and Saturdays
- Comfortable speaking with people and developing client relationships
- Able to effectively utilize technology and sales resources in a presentation
- Friendly, positive, & outgoing personality
- Professionalism in appearance and demeanor

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
