What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to incoming internet leads, website inquiries, emails, and phone calls.
  

• Connect with prospective customers to understand their vehicle preferences, needs, and budgets.
  

• Follow up consistently with leads to build relationships and schedule dealership appointments.
  

• Help turn online inquiries into showroom visits and vehicle sales.
  

• Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful customer experience throughout the initial buying process.
  

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the dealership's CRM system.
  

• Work closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments and support sales opportunities.
  

• Manage multiple leads, stay organized, and follow up to maximize sales opportunities.
  

• Represent Horne Motors Mesa with professionalism and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
