Are you confident talking to customers, building relationships, following up, and closing sales?

Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC is expanding its sales team and looking for motivated Automotive Sales Consultants who want the opportunity to build a career and earn based on performance.

You do not have to have a long history in automotive sales to be considered.

Automotive dealership sales experience is preferred, but strong sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply.

Automotive Sales | Retail Sales | Wireless | Furniture | Powersports | RV | Home Improvement | Real Estate | Insurance | Finance | Hospitality | Other Commission-Based Sales

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the right vehicle while creating a professional and personalized buying experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
  
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
  
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles
  
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
  
• Explain vehicle features, technology, pricing, and options
  
• Work Internet leads, phone inquiries, showroom traffic, and referrals
  
• Respond quickly to incoming leads
  
• Set and confirm customer appointments
  
• Follow up consistently with customers and unsold opportunities
  
• Prospect for new business
  
• Generate repeat and referral customers
  
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and customer information
  
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales
  
• Work closely with Finance and Sales Management
  
• Stay current on Cadillac, Buick and GMC products, inventory, incentives, and promotions
  
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery
  
• Work toward monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will have:

• Automotive sales experience preferred
  
• Previous sales or commission-based sales experience
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Excellent customer service abilities
  
• Strong prospecting and follow-up skills
  
• Ability to build customer relationships
  
• Confidence asking for the appointment and the sale
  
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
  
• Strong work ethic
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  
• Basic computer and CRM skills
  
• Valid driver's license
  
• Ability to work a dealership schedule, including weekends
  
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
