Job Opening: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Pediatric Home Patients
Location: Ellenwood, GA, Stockbridge, GA
Pay: $30 to $33 per hour
Employment Type: Part-Time, approximately 20 hours per week

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support pediatric patients in a home care setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, family-centered care to children in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients under the supervision of an RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to care
Assist with medical equipment and ensure safe usage in the home
Follow individualized care plans and report changes in patient status
Educate families on daily care routines, medications, and safety practices
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health record systems
Create a supportive, calm, and nurturing environment for pediatric patients
Adhere to all state regulations, agency policies, and healthcare standards
Qualifications
Active LPN license in the state of Georgia, required
At least one year of pediatric or home health experience preferred
Strong clinical and observational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and care teams
Current CPR certification required
Experience in home health or private duty nursing is a plus
Comfortable using electronic documentation systems
