Our client is a market-leading dietary supplement contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) serving established brands across the nutraceutical industry. They specialize in end-to-end product development and manufacturing solutions.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects from initiation through commercialization. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end product development projects from client brief to manufacturing handover
• Develop timelines, define scope, and track milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, RA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EFSA/FDA, and applicable regulations
• Assess formulation feasibility and cost targets
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions
• Serve as primary client contact for development updates
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Qualifications
• 3–7 years experience in supplements, nutraceuticals, or CDMO environments
• Proven track record managing regulated product development projects
• Strong understanding of GMP and supplement regulatory frameworks
• Experience with multiple dosage forms
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage to cost targets
Preferred Experience
Experience working with supplement dosage forms (capsules, tablets, powders, gummies, etc.)
Familiarity with product commercialization processes
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
