We are a licensed 245G outpatient addiction treatment center in St. Paul. We serve adults with co-occurring disorders at our locations on Grand Avenue in St. Paul. We offer IOP, OP and extended care OP.
We are seeking an Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor to join our team!
Job duties include:
- Work with Access Clinicians to facilitate the admission process
- Facilitate individual counseling sessions with primary caseload of up to 20 clients
- Facilitate a variety of groups including, but not limited to, activity, process, and psycho-education
- Comply with MN Statute Rule 245G requirements regarding timely and accurate documentation
- Provide support and intervention in crisis situations
- Assist client with developing a continuing care plan which supports ongoing recovery
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including LADC, treatment coordinators, peer recovery specialists, mental health practitioners and dietitians
Compensation is determined based on experience and ranges from $70,000.00 - $74,000.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
