Duties

- Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to input, update, and manage patient information efficiently.
- Assist healthcare providers by capturing vital signs, chief complaints, history of present illness, physical exam findings, and treatment plans in real-time.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to accurately interpret provider instructions and patient data.
- Support the clinical team by preparing documentation for billing, coding, and future reference.
- Collaborate effectively with medical staff to ensure seamless workflow during busy clinic hours or emergency situations.
- Perform transcription tasks with precision using typing skills that support rapid documentation without sacrificing quality.

Experience

- Excellent transcription skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
