Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
- Maintain a presence to minimize theft and property damage.
Skills
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to be thorough with the reporting process.
- Be able to walk, stand, be on their feet for long periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
