We are seeking a General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.Responsibilities:Supervise team of retail sales workersAdjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiencyTrain and evaluate employees Track monthly results and trends for business forecastingResolve escalated customer complaints ​Qualifications:Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fieldsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and communication skillsStrong leadership qualities

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
