What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estate Planning Attorney position at Elite Prospects?

We are seeking a Senior Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.Responsibilities:Represent clients in court or before government agenciesPrepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clientsAdvise clients on business and legal transactionsNegotiate settlements for legal disputesComply with all legal standards and regulationsPerform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law​​Qualifications:Previous experience in lawFamiliarity with various legal documents Strong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary : $140,000 - $300,000
