Elite Property Research is looking for a detail-driven, curious, and dependable Research Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a predictable workflow but also likes the challenge of digging deep, connecting dots, and making sure nothing gets missed.
This position involves researching property-related information, reviewing municipal and county records, communicating with various offices, and documenting findings clearly for our clients and internal team.
We are looking for someone who is:

You do not need to know everything about municipal lien searches, HOA estoppels, or property research before starting. We can teach you the industry.

Compensation/Benefits
