Health Care Marketing and Public Relations Manager

Elite Professionals Home Care is looking to expand our marketing/public relations team!

Elite Professionals Home Care LLC is a full-service home healthcare company. We specialize in providing skilled services to include nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, as well as Medical Social Work. Our goal at Elite Professionals Home Care LLC. is to assist each individual client in maintaining their independence in their desired living situation. We work closely with our client’s physicians to provide the highest quality of care possible. Each client receives individualized and superior levels of care.

The Marketing Director/ Public Relations Specialist is a high energy, passionate, well organized, detail oriented and responsive representative of Elite Professionals Home Care LLC and its care sites, reporting directly to the DON/Clinical Director/Administrator.

What You’ll Do:

As a Marketer, you’ll be the face of Elite in the community—cultivating relationships, building referral sources, and driving awareness of our exceptional home care services. You’ll also play a key role in supporting office operations and contributing to our overall strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with leadership
• Identify, establish, and nurture new referral relationships
• Conduct regular market assessments to stay ahead of trends and opportunities
• Represent the agency professionally and compliantly within CMS and accrediting guidelines
• Support the Director with budgeting, reporting, and supply tracking
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on community services
• Assist the office team with operations as needed
• Participate in special projects and agency initiatives
• Clinical background preferred—RN or LPN (home health experience a plus, but not required)

What We’re Looking For:

• Clinical background preferred: Nursing, Therapy, Medical Assisting, etc.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or healthcare administration (home care a plus)
• Excellent communication, public relations, and organizational skills
• Ability to market proactively and build genuine connections
• Proficient in Google Workspace and basic computer tools
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Passion for making a meaningful impact in the community
