Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our customer base. This role involves meeting with homeowners, providing estimates, and closing sales for gutter services.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads (door-to-door, referrals, social media, etc.)
- Meet with homeowners to assess gutter needs
- Provide accurate estimates and explain services clearly
- Follow up with potential customers
- Close sales and meet monthly targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth job flow
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (home services is a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and meeting customers in person
