Position Summary
As a Power Wash Technician, you'll prepare residential homes for painting by professionally cleaning siding, brick, decks, fences, patios, driveways, and other exterior surfaces. You'll work directly with homeowners while representing the Elite Pro Painting brand through exceptional workmanship and customer service.
This position is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing into a professional painting career. Painting experience is preferred but not required.
What You'll Do
- Power wash homes and exterior surfaces safely and efficiently
- Prepare homes for painting by removing dirt, mildew, chalking, and loose debris
- Operate commercial-grade pressure washing equipment
- Drive a company vehicle to multiple residential job sites each day
- Inspect surfaces before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Work closely with painting crews to ensure projects are ready for production
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly
- Able to climb ladders and work safely around residential properties
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous power washing experience
- Residential or commercial painting experience
- Exterior painting preparation experience
- Basic carpentry or home improvement experience
- Experience using ladders and exterior equipment
