Lawn Care / Landscape Crew Member – Seasonal (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Elite Pro Landscaping is hiring a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team. We are a fast-growing landscaping company focused on lawn care, outdoor property maintenance, and landscape construction.
We are primarily looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and consistency. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Typical season runs from March/April to December (weather dependent). This position does not include winter work as of right now.
What the job looks like:
- Weekly lawn mowing, property maintenance, and cleanups
- Operating trucks, trailers, mowers, and small engine equipment
- Assisting with landscape installation and outdoor projects
- Working both independently on mowing routes and as part of a small crew for projects
Experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person. This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent seasonal work with the potential to return year after year.
Compensation and Position:
- Up to $30 per hour based on performance and experience
- Pay increases available based on consistency, skill growth, and responsibility
- Time-and-a-half (1.5x) overtime pay after 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays, only if employee desired)
- Up to full-time seasonal hours available

Qualifications:
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, walking, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team or independently
