Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Execute detailed floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming to keep surfaces spotless
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs
Experience
- Previous residential cleaning experience is a plus
- Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and tools
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Prior housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
