Program Advisor (In-Person) Test Prep & College Counseling CenterLocation: San Jose, CA 95118 (In-office only)We are a test prep and college counseling center serving middle and high school students. We are seeking an Academic Program Advisor who enjoys working with students and parents, explaining academic programs, and supporting student success.Responsibilities:Meet with students and parents to explain our programs and servicesAdvise families on appropriate test prep and academic support optionsSupport student onboarding, scheduling, and follow-upsCoordinate with teachers and counselorsQualifications:Bachelors degree from a 4-year university (required)Background in education, teaching, tutoring, or academic support (preferred)Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in person at our San Jose (95118) officeWork Location:Fully in-person (no remote or hybrid)
